Handover finds everything a person owns in Bitrix24: tasks, deals, leads, groups, workflow tasks. It moves it all to a colleague in one run, then checks on its own that nothing was lost.

Who is leaving and who takes over. Photos and positions come from your portal.
Find the work
Handover shows a count for every section. Untick anything you want to keep.
Transfer
One click. You see what is moving right now and how long the step has taken.
Close it out
A second check. When 0 is left, block the account by typing the last name.

Questions
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. The app runs in your browser and talks only to your portal. It stores one setting in the browser: sound.
Can I undo it?
You can move the work back with the same app, but not instantly. Robots that react to a new responsible person will run during the handover.
How long does it take?
About 1,000 records in 5–8 minutes. The app shows what it is doing right now and never goes quiet.
Why were a couple of Drive files not copied?
The portal sometimes refuses single files. Handover lists them so you can copy them by hand.
